This Site is operated jointly by Aas Muhammad, sole proprietor trading as "Aashu G Masale" (India), together with its affiliated entities Aashu G Spices LLC (United States) and Aashu G Spices Ltd (United Kingdom) (collectively "Aashu G Masale", "we", "us", "our"), operating the website https://aashugmasale.com ("Site") for the manufacture and sale of spices. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in the currency applicable to your region and may change without prior notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour, weight, or packaging may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payment

• Domestic (India) orders are processed via Razorpay. International orders are processed via Stripe.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
• We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers; payments are handled directly by our payment partners.
• In case of payment failure after debit, refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for details. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. As our products are food items, returns are subject to additional conditions to ensure hygiene and safety.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aashugmasale.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

For orders placed within India, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction. For orders placed from the United States or United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of the respective jurisdiction of the servicing affiliate (Aashu G Spices LLC or Aashu G Spices Ltd).

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
